In this course, first of all the concept of commercial enterprise will be concretized and the legal transactions, of which the commercial enterprise is the subject, will be examined in the example of transfer of the commercial enterprise. Afterwards, the concepts of commercial business and merchant, which constitute the other two pillars of the commercial enterprise law will be evaluated and the legal consequences regarding to them will be examined in detail.
