Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
1) Develop the skills to understand the conceptual framework of supply chain management and supply chain business processes.
2) Explain the role of information systems in supply chain management.
3) Resolve supply and demand planning and inventory planning problems in a supply chain with advanced statistical analysis and operation research techniques.
4) Explain the role and importance of sustainability in supply chain management.
5) Improve the interpretation and evaluation skills about supply chain management cases including both theoretical perspectives and business applications.

This course includes the investigation of the basic concepts of supply chain management, analysis about supply chains, supply and demand planning in a supply chain, inventory planning in a supply chain, information technology in a supply chain, and the role of sustainability in supply chain management.
