Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1) Describes the roles individuals and groups play in organizations.
2) Develop an understanding of how behavior can be changed in organizations.
3) Compares and relates current Organizational Behavior topics and concepts with past theories.
4) Explains the increasing importance of intra-organizational employee behaviors in today's context.
5) Discusses the transition from the Industrial Society to the Knowledge Society and the emergence of new concepts and topics in Organizational Behavior along with the increase in these subjects over time.
6) Discusses current topics such as leadership, motivation, communication, power, and conflict.
7) Defines current concepts in topics such as employee commitment, motivation, satisfaction, and performance improvement.
8) Establishes connections between intra-organizational behavior topics and current approaches and practices such as green management and sustainability.
9) Discusses the adaptation and change processes in managerial and employee behaviors in the context of management changes due to the increasing digitization in businesses, along with the topics examined within this scope.
