1) Have basic knowledge about constitutional history, fundamental rights and freedoms, government systems, and the powers of the legislative, the executive, and the judiciary.
2) Have the basic information about the issues related to the general theory of constitutional law and the sources of the constitutional law.
3) Be able to interpret and evaluate to Legislation texts.
4) Be able to examine, the interpret and evaluate judicial decisions of the law.
5) Have the basic information about law of the methodology.
