1) Having advanced knowledge on the history of international labour law
2) Having advanced knowledge regarding institutions of international labour law and its concepts
3) Understanding ILO's structure and its functioning, and having detailed knowledge on ILO fundamental conventions.
4) Understanding relation and interaction between international labour law and domestic law, commenting the article 90 of Turkish constitution.

Course Contents

Conventions and treaties regarding labour relations created by the International Labour Organisations, the United Nations, the European Council, the European Union will be examine, adopting international documents, and their scope, supervisory process will be explored. The other important point is the importance of the international labour law in the Turkish labour law.
