Today women are mainly working in different jobs compared to men even the education levels are getting higher. In this course, by emphasizing women labour at home and labour market historically, the reasons of limited participation to labour market and socio-cultural handicapes that patriarch-capitalism relation determined, women labour distrubution according to sectors, working conditions and gender discrimination applications in different sectors will be eleminated deeply.
