Concept and its historical developmen of collective bargaining , the collective bargaining process and the matters covered, countries with respect to collective bargaining structure, the dispute resolution mechanisms, employee participation in management, human resources management and industrial relations impact of multinational companies and industrial relations effect, genesis of and development industrial relations in Turkey
