In the content of the course, performance evaluation, its purpose and scope, performance evaluation methods and the main problems encountered, current approaches in performance evaluation, its place and importance in performance management system and human resources management, areas of use, factors affecting the performance management system, the strategic dimension of performance management will be examined.
