1) Becoming dominate with the basic concepts of working sociology
2) To understand the concept of working within the historical and social context, to compare different approaches in this field.
3) Observations about the process of labor and have the ability of the conceptual evaluation.
4) About the social structure of the basic categories of employment, terms and identify the criteria.
5) Identify sources of employment in the social structure of the , researching have the ability to interpret them.
