Course Contents

Buttons, signal lamps, micro switches, relays and contactors. Operating contactors in AC and DC circuits. Standards and choice of contactors for various loads. Thermal magnetic relays and magnetic breakers. Time relays and time diagrams. Periodical operation problems. Solenoid valves, thermostats. Soft starters and problems. Changing motor direction and applications. Starting motors, changing pole number, braking motors and applications.
