Course Contents

History of fluid mechanics, Hydrostatics pressure, principles of Pascal and Archimedes and their applications, fluid dynamics, continuity Bernoulli equation, flow of real fluid.

Weekly Schedule

1) Explaining of the historical process of fluid mechanics.
2) Fluid statics Fluid pressure, measurement of pressure, hydrostatic pressure force.
3) given homework of researchs of made devices using pressure distribution, hydrostatic pressure, the pressure distribution.
4) Discussion of assignments given to students in the classroom.
5) Pascal and Archimedes laws and practices.
6) quiz fluid dynamics
7) fluid dynamics, continuity and Bernoulli's Equation
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
9) Assessment quiz with students. to research topics associated with fluid mechanics in Primary Science and Technology Program.
10) Searching the topics which take place in primary education programmes related to the pressure of liquid and gas and discussing them
11) to prepare lesson activities about liquid and gas pressure.
12) Quiz: the creation of evaluation activities on pressure of liquids and gases.
13) Discussion about prepared evaluation activities on pressure of liquids and gases.
14) Creating posters using by information, images, graphics, documents related with apparatus and instruments made by using of the pressure of liquids and gases.
