Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1) Explaining the place of a course textbook as a tool in teaching.
2) Explaining and making applications of external conditions (laws, regulations, types of school, market conditions, and so on.) and internal conditions (the methods, properties of the subject area, the physical building conditions, etc.) which a course textbook consist of.
3) Using the general information in the area of course textbook in the world.
4) Evaluating and consolidating the functions of the language and thematic integrity of a textbook; knows the functions such as selection of text and the variety of a text, page layout and use of graphic elements in Turkish lessons.
5) Evaluating a textbook in the field of multi-angle approach and writing an evaluation report about it.

Course Contents

One of the most important as a teaching textbook for a course place. Course book by external conditions (laws, regulations, types of school, market conditions, and so on.) And internal conditions (the methods, properties of the subject area, the physical building conditions and so on.) Introduction and applications made in this regard. Accumulation in the world to benefit from a textbook in the study area. A course book is an important language, thematic integrity of the test, envisioning exercise and strengthen the formats and the richness and diversity of Turkish lessons, text selection, page layout and graphic elements created by the use of elements such as function, and their different understandings (old-new) as applied on textbooks demonstration.
