Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
1) Know the relationship between working life and socio-economic and political systems.
2) Learn the industrial psychology and the study area.
3) Know group and group behaviors and communication patterns between business and business people in enterprises.
4) Learn the problems of motivation, productivity, industrial democracy and participation in management and to examine them with scientific methods.
