2) Understands the important principles in the field of curriculum development (goal, objective, outcome relationship, the difference between design and implementation, the relationship between development, implementation and evaluation, etc.).
3) Questions the relationship between program and teaching.
4) Applies teaching strategies, methods and techniques.
5) Evaluates the program in terms of program development criteria.

Basic Concepts Related to Psychoeducational Program Development; Fundamentals of Program Development Program Types; Theoretical Foundations of Program Development: Historical, Philosophical, Psychological, Social; Elements of Curriculum: Objective, Content, Teaching-learning processes, Evaluation; Curriculum Development Models; Curriculum Design Approaches; Curriculum Development Process: Progressive classification of objectives, Determination and writing of objectives and behavioral objectives, Selection and arrangement of content, Arrangement of teaching and testing situations; New Approaches in Curriculum Development; Preparation of Applied Curriculum Design.
