Labor laws, legal sanctions necessary for the operation of the service business, employee's legal rights and obligations, service work flow organization, working instructions and job descriptions accordingly, employee training and development, job descriptions, employee training, development, service operations reporting, oral, written communication rules, body language, empathy, such as basic contact information, assessment and welcome ways, consumer rights according to consumer law.
