Course Contents

This course covers; Principles of basic nutrition: definition of nutrition and importance, sufficient nutriment, Nutriments: Duty of Carbonhydrate, Oils, Proteins, Minerals, Vitamins, in organism, the effect of physical performance, principles of nutrition before competetion, during competition and after competetion. Importance of nutrition- problems and solution methods; to form energy in the body and spend; necessity of energy for athletes; Characteristic of nutrition for athletes after competetion; Weight control for athletes.
