Course Contents

This course provides knowledge on theory and methodology in training: Basic Principles of Training; Specificity; Overload and Reversibility; Adaptation to Loading: Acute Adaptation, Chronic Adaptation and Over Compensation; Relationship between Loading and Heart Rate, Aerobic Loading and Anaerobic Loading; Theory and Methodology of Strength Development, Theory and Methodology of Speed Development, Theory and Methodology of Endurance Development, Theory and Methodology of Mobility Development.
