Course Contents

Fruit Growing definition, the importance of Turkey's fruit production and fruit growing country in terms of economy, according to the classification of fruit types of fruit characteristics and climatic requirements, the general biological properties of fruits, fruit species and the ecological requirements of the general problems, significant physiological events of fruit growing, fruit trees, flower bud formation and locations, factors affecting the formation of flower buds, fruit dumps and periodicity, and measures of the relationship between ecological conditions and cultural processes, harvesting and harvesting criteria, fruit handling, classification and storage.
