Systematic of pome fruit species (apple, pear, quince, medlar etc.) production and economical value in the world and in Turkey, fruit pomology and classification, morphological, physiological and biological characteristics, ecological requirements, cultivation techniques, orchard plantation, harvesting criteria, harvesting, storage of fruit.
