Course Contents

Human resource management development and organizational structure in place, human resources management concepts and objectives, human resource management by function, job analysis and job design, human resource planning (İKP), human resource procurement and selection, training, training and development, the importance of education for and objectives, performance appraisal concept and performance management systems, performance evaluation purposes and uses, career planning, business in the compensation management, wage concept, business valuation concepts, business structure, human resources management, protection functions (job security, and operate the health), management and unions (labor) relations, human resources information systems and human resources information systems at the level of the business establishment and new trends in human resource issues such as the course of processing areas.

Weekly Schedule

1) Human resources management. Past and present human resource management, human resources management, description, responsibilities and objectives, activities, approaches.
2) Human resource management and the environment. The concept and importance of the environment, external environmental factors, internal environmental factors. Human resources management and globalization.
3) Analysis and planning. Business analysis, definition, usage, business analysis, process stages, preparatory work of business analysis, business analysis, data collection, implementation of the job analysis information, human resources information system.
4) Human resources planning. Human resource planning, definition, purpose and reason, human resource planning process stages.
5) Recruitment of staff. Applications collection process, and the importance of personnel selection, personnel selection process and stages.
6) Training, development and valuation. Orientation concept and process, organizational socialization method. Staff training, education concept, staff training programs, selection and use of new technologies in education, Selection of new educational technologies.
7) Career planning. Career planning, definition, stages, studies the historical development of career, career planning, importance, benefits, functions, and methods of individual and organizational career planning, career development.
