1) He can analyse the change ffrom the industralization society to knowledge society in Turkey and the world.
2) He can associate the new paradigm f business and bureaucracy after the electronic life.
3) He can discuss the main concept of the electronic life.
4) He can discuss the positive and negative impacts of electronic life on peoples social and private lifes.
5) He can compare Turkey and other states in respect of the electronic infrastructure and e-state vision.
6) He can explain the correlation between the local municipality electronic services ans political contribution.

Course Contents

This course provides students with the knowledge of new economic order, globalization, the period from the industrialization to knowledge period, techonlogical developments, instutional source planning, the e-government concept, the development of e-government, the infrastructure requirements of e-government, public management and interactive service applications, e-state applications and the existing application in and out of Turkey
