1) Recognize communication and communication elements and describe the conditions necessary for effective communication.
2) Recognize communication process and communication methods.
3) Explain the relationship between communication and sensing and listening.
4) Explain the role of body language in communication, and apply empathic approach to overcome communication barriers.
5) Establish and improve healthy communication with personnel, patients and their relatives in the work environment.
6) Explain the responsibilities of health personnel in the application of patients' rights.
