This course includes development of human resources management, human resources management, rationale and scope of human resources management, organizational structure, human resources management, executive and advisory bodies, the objectives and functions of human resources management, principles of operation, human resources planning, job analysis, job description, organization manual, labor requirements to meet internal and external sources, the process of staff selection, performance appraisal methods and results of the use of valuation, business start-up and compliance training, career management, compensation management.
