This course provides the students with management concept, characteristics of management, historical progress of management, Industrial Revolution, approaches to management, classical management theory, neo-classical management theory, modern management theory, postmodern management approaches, Japanees Z management theory, enterprise, enterpreneur and manager, types and classification of businesses, legal structure, size,capacity and growing of companies, managerial functions, planning, organizing, coordinating, directing and controlling.
