This course provides students with the knowledge of dialogues, meetings, making phone orders, resume writings., ordering, filling out order forms, wrong orders, order letters, shipping letters, problems in shipping regulations and advices airport, hotel and restaurant exercises restaurant reservations, booking table, confirming and cancelling restaurant reservations,English letter formats, letter formats, parts of letter,asking the way, giving direction, formal and informal introducing,reception tasks, noting down, the visitors and callers making excuses, giving and receiving instructions, hotel reservations, trip reservations making complaints, receiving customer complaints, taking notes,telephone technique, terms of telephone,memorandum, concept of memorandum, elements of memorandum, writing memorandum delivery methods in foreign trade, abbrevations in international trade, letters in international trade, international trade terms.
