Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1) Tell the formation of human behaviour, behavioral platform and the reason and results of the factors that affects the formation of behavior.
2) Comprehend the concept of organization and the importance of human factor within the organization.
3) Explain the description of the manager, its importance, properties and his managing technics of employees.
4) Explain direct the employees by the factors of payment, motivation, attitude, perception and personality in accordance with the company's mission and vision.
5) Combine the subjects of organizational behavior in the company with the examples in practice.
