Activities should be done before starting making the project; Searching area, Property of water, Subjects about water and land position, Market position, Providing labor, Problems of feeding, Setting up production building; Capacity, Density, Usage of water, Aeration, Preparing feed, Production of larvae, Pools and net cages, Management building, Subjects of economics, Marketing activities, Storage of deep freezing, Distribution of products, The problem of waste water, Legal permits, Total investment, expenses of management term.
