1) Learn the differences between the concepts of jus ad bellum and jus in bello
2) Have the konwledge about the normative status of use of force in the international law area after the establishment of United Nations system.
3) Have the konwledge about the exceptions of the use of force in the international law area.
4) Have the ability to analyze under which conditions the states can apply the use of force pursuant to sample cases.
