Course Contents

The course addresses a great deal of subjects, including theories of justice, philosophical, political and economic dimensions of law. From different liberal justice theories, such as John Rawls, Robert Nozick, Ronald Dworkin to the critical approaches, the course provides a wide range of understanding of the relation between law and justice. Combining the law with economic and political justice theories, the course enables law students to think and argue critically about what justice is and how law functions.
