Course Contents

It provides many various perspectives in the relationship between law and morality from Platon to Kant. It is very significant to point out those moral theories underpin the legal order; however, it is also very crucial to distinguish what moral is from what legal is. For this, the course embraces a wide range of topics: The debate ethical issues, the importance of moral values in legal reasoning, evaluation legal norms and practices aspect of moral values and ethical responsibilities of lawyers.
