1) Explain and evaluate harmony and disharmony between industrial relations and human resource management.
2) Explain and discuss the economic, social and legal changes effecting labour relations dynamics.
3) Explain and evaluate current strains on industrial relationships within the scope of employee involvement, workplace flexibility and globalization.
4) Explain the effects of changing dynamics of production and management organization on labour relations.
5) Explain the hypothesis of new management techniques and evaluate their innovative sides.
6) Evaluate current discussions regarding the change of labour relations in terms of industrial relations.
7) Explain the main hypothesis of production and management techniques in terms of effective use of labour force.
8) Evaluate and discuss the differences of fordism, post-fordism, lean production and socio-technic system.
