6) To make a literature review on adult education and its applications in Turkey and report it.

Basic concepts about education and training, lifelong learning, adult, adult education, examination of andragogy concepts, historical context of adult education, the reasons that necessitated the adult education, the philosophical foundations of adult education, the problems of adult education, adult education and evaluation of its applications in Turkey, Analyzing the practices of adult education in different countries.
