Course Contents

The concept of administration and its inclusion in education, basic concepts and assumptions regarding administration. Classical, Neoclassical, Contemporary management theories, sibernetic and dialectic theories, total quality management. Processes of administration, decision making, planning, organization, communication, motivation, influence, and evaluation.
