Course Contents

The significance of prenatal education, its purposes and history, adult education policy, the classification of prenatal education classes and their importance, structuring prenatal education classes, Tips and Training Methods to be applied in Prenatal Education Classes, Pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum exercises to be carried out, Birth Waves and Non-Pharmacological Methods to Manage them, natural birth, natural sectio, the tasks of midwives as supporters of birth, Lamaze’s birth philosophy, active birth, the philosophy of hypnobirthing and approaches to hypnosis aided birth, the Bradley’s birth philosophy, birth without remorse and other birth philosophies, water birth.
