Course Contents

Covering concepts of stakeholder, urban actor, participation, cooperation, consensus, collective representation of space, responsibility and commitment building in relation to cases of architecture, planning and design. Atandees are expected to use the theoretical and practical knowledge on case studies. Lectures and presentations on academic literature, articles and public agency reports will be accompanied by theories of participation and democracy, processes of public representation, methods of participation and deliberation.
