1) To be able to define steps neccesary to manage organizational change
2) To be able to differentiate differing organizational change concepts and typologies.
3) to be able to explain organizational change process from a different theoretical perspectives
4) to be able to define factors that bring about organizational change
5) to be able to differentiate obstacles of organizational change based on their importance and type.
6) to be able to explaine relationship between change agents and their obstacles
7) to be able to explain organizational change process from different perspectives (manager, change agent etc).
8) to be able to observe the ability to make senteces of organizational change knowledge

Course Contents

It is inevitable for organizations in general and for educational organizations in particular to stay same in a complex and changing global environment. ın order to be successful organizations have to change themselves. This course is about to teach techniques to overcome difficulties of starting and developing organizational change. Those factors that make organizations to start change and typologies of change, organizational analysis and motivation for change, resistance of organizational change will consist of the content of this course
