1) Have the information on historical texts belonging to historical periods of Turkish language.
2) Analyse the practical studies on the text.
3) Examine the philological aspects the period of the historical texts.
4) Examine the morphological aspects the period of the historical texts.
5) Distinguish the historical development of the suffixes and roots.

Course Contents
A review of Turkish texts dating from eighth century to begining of the twentieth century, Old Turkish Orkun and Uyghur periods, following Karahanlı, Harezm, Chagatay and Altınordu-Kipchak periods texts language features, phonetic, morphology, syntax are studied syntax knowledge gained.
