Course Contents

Definition of nutritional biochemistry, frequently used terms related to topics, characteristics of macro nutrients, intake, absorption, digestion, metabolism and pulsation. Various metabolic disorders related to these and what to do in this case. These are the supply of energy and the use of this energy. All these are nutritional evaluation.
