Informed Consent: Definition, Elements, Types; Informed Consent for Research; a) Clinical trials, disease screening; Principle of Respect to Respect / Disclosure Principle b) retrospective studies c) informed consent in epidemiological studies; d) Prospectus (parent / guardian acknowledgment) in the investigation with children, elderly, physical and mental impaired persons, e) Preparation of Written informed consent Forms for the Participants; (2) Proportion of benefits (individual, social benefits) and probable losses; Justice Principle 4.
