Course Contents

This course equips candidates with the knowledge of Introduction to organizational behavior and the scientific basis of organizational behavior, historical development and approaches, the foundations of organizational behavior, values, attitudes, personality, perception, learning, motivation, groups, foundations of group behavior, leadership, power and politics, decision making, organization culture, organizational communication, conflict, organizational changes.
