Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1) Evaluate the conditions which discrimination of gender, age, race, ethnicity, regionalism etc. take place in the field of labour relations.
2) Explain different discrimination situations in labour market stratification and the arrangements made to prevent them.
3) Analyze the reactions against discrimination by mass public organizations.
4) Synthesize national and international law regulations about preventing discrimination in labour relations.
5) Explain social and economic reasons of discrimination in labour relations.
