1) Modern Turkey's history of labor, social position, changes in employees' living conditions and attitudes that they have developed a general understanding in the face out.
2) Together with the original characteristics of the trade union movement in Turkey to understand the historical process.
3) Throughout the history of the Republic to be informed about the arrangements made for labor relations.
4) Contributions of these transformations in the context of transformations in the face of labor relations and workers and labor organizations to develop an overview about the state.

Changing the social status of different phases of the history of the Republic in the course of labor and a detailed presentation of developments in the labor movement will be experienced. Turkey formation process of the working class, economic, social, cultural and political aspects will be examined.
