1) Examine the effects of current ethics and globalization in the areas of the selection process, compensation, performance development, corporate training and maintaining effective environments in English
2) Discuss theory and practice of compensation, performance development and retention in English
3) Have the vocabulary knowledge regarding collective bargaining process, labor contracts and current labor relations issues.
