Course Contents

The concept of wage and pay, the economic aspect and sufficiency of wage, wage from employee’s perspective, wage level, wage structure, individual wage within the corporation, wage formation within the corporation, pay survey, formation of job structure, determining the wage returns for jobs, single compensation, collective compensation, determining the place of jobs and employees within the wage steps and brackets, compensation systems and their characteristics, time compensation, incentive rate systems, product quality incentive rate systems.
