Kabul Koşulları Yüksek lisans programına öğrenci kabulünde “Yüksek Öğretim Kurulu Lisansüstü Eğitim ve Öğretim Yönetmeliği”, “Kocaeli Üniversitesi Lisansüstü Eğitim ve Öğretim Yönetmeliği” hükümleri esas alınmaktadır. Bu çerçevede Yüksek lisans programına başvurabilmek için, adayların bir lisans diplomasına sahip olmaları ve (ÖSYM) tarafından merkezi olarak yapılan (ALES)’den başvurduğu programa ilişkin olarak ilgili anabilim dalının bildirdiği puan türünde en az 55 standart puanına sahip olmaları gerekir. Yüksek lisans öğretimi için, (ALES) standart puanının %50’si, yazılı sınav ve/veya mülakat puanının %30’u ve adayın lisans not ortalamasının %20’si alınarak hesaplanan başarı puanı 100 üzerinden 60 ve üzerinde olan adaylar başarılı sayılır. Ancak 60 puanı aşan aday sayısının ilan edilen kontenjandan fazla olması durumunda puan sıralaması yapılır. Daha yüksek puan alan adaylar başarılı sayılır. Puanların eşitliği halinde (ALES) puanı daha yüksek olan adaylar başarılı olarak kabul edilir. Kabul Koşulları

In the admission to the master program, the provisions of ği Higher Education Board Graduate Education and Training Regulation Yönet, meli Kocaeli University Graduate Education and Training Regulation kabul are taken as the basis. In order to apply for a Master's program, candidates must have a bachelor's degree and must have a minimum score of 55 as stated by the related department in accordance with the program applied by the Student Selection and Placement Center (ALES). Candidates with a success score of 60 out of 100 and more than 50% of the ALES standard score, 30% of the written exam and / or interview score and 20% of the candidate's undergraduate GPA are considered successful. However, if the number of candidates exceeding 60 points is more than the announced quota, then the ranking is made. Candidates with higher scores are considered successful. In case of equality of scores (ALES), candidates with higher score are considered successful.

Genel Bilgi Eğitim Teknolojisi bir bilim alanı olarak, öğrenme-öğretme ortamlarında bu teknolojilerin en etkili ve verimli şekilde nasıl kullanılabileceği (yüz yüze ve/veya çevrimiçi) sorusuna yenilikçi bir bakış açısıyla cevap aramaktadır. Disiplinler arası bir yaklaşım ile tasarlanan Eğitim Teknolojisi yüksek lisans programımız; farklı disiplinlerdeki bilgi, beceri ve yetkinlikleri, gerçek öğrenme problemleri bağlamında araştırarak yenilikçi yollar ile öğrenmeyi destekleme ve geliştirme konusunda uzmanlar yetiştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Program çerçevemiz; örgün, yaygın veya yetişkin öğrenme bağlamlarında; öğretim teknolojilerini aracılığıyla, öğrenme, öğretimi planlama, yönetme, öğrenmeyi kolaylaştırmak, performansı geliştirmek ve desteklemek için uygun süreç ve ürünlerin araştırma ve geliştirme odaklı planlanması, tasarlanması, uygulanması, değerlendirilmesi ve yönetilmesini kapsamaktadır. As a science field, Educational Technology is looking for an innovative approach to the question of how these technologies can be used in the most effective and efficient way (face to face and / or online) in learning-teaching environments. Our Master's Program in Educational Technology is designed with an interdisciplinary approach; The aim of the course is to educate experts in innovative ways to support and develop learning by researching the knowledge, skills and competencies in different disciplines in the context of real learning problems. Our program framework; in formal, common or adult learning contexts; It includes planning, designing, implementing, evaluating and managing the appropriate processes and products with the focus of research and development in order to facilitate the learning, teaching, to manage, to improve the performance and to support, through the teaching technologies. The aim of the Master Program; To make students independent research, to interpret the scientific events with a broad and deep perspective and to gain the ability to determine the necessary steps to reach new inferences. As a result, our graduates can serve as qualified and competent educational technology experts with a key role in state or private sector institutions, various educational units or universities.

Recognition of Prior Learning

Lateral transfer is possible for students of master's and doctorate programmes who have successfully completed at least one semester at another department of the same university and the same institute, or at a master's and doctorate programme of another equivalent institute of another higher education institute. According to the related bylaws, the courses that a lateral transfer student should take within the scope of 'Programme Adjustment' are determined by the committee of the relevant department. The determination of which and how many of the previously taken courses should be recognized within scope of the minimum course load, is suggested by the advisor and the committee of the relevant department,as well. "Full Recognition" is provided upon the approval of those courses by the board of chairs of relevant institute.

Kocaeli University guarantees in advance that all credits gained and courses received by an Erasmus student after the mobility abroad will be fully recognized and transferred into Kocaeli University system and upon arrival with the approval of the authorities and the student. While preparing the" Erasmus Credit Transfer and Grade Equivalency Table" the ECTS grades are transmitted to Kocaeli University grading system.

Turkish higher education institutions are in the start-up phase about the recognition of informal and non formal education. However; computer and foreign language skills that students improve on their own, are evaluated through exemption examinations by the university. Students who prove to be proficient in such exams are exempted from related course(s).
